Each of our candy boxes is carefully curated with a variety of sweets we know you'll love. While we do our best to include all listed items, candy selections may vary based on availability. If an item is unavailable, we'll substitute it with a similar treat of equal or greater value.

Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your experience matters to us!

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with your candy box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@madcandyshop.com and include photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
